Develops and maintains internal websites. Must be well versed in web site development and sharepoint including sharepoint designer. Works with Accounting Systems Team to translate business requirements into websites. Understands the concepts, tools, and techniques for system development and makes contributions to the design of systems to support the business. Helps to design and document workflow as a part of making technical recommendations and optimizing operational effectiveness. Participates in the creation of process models as well as those required to support the overall process ecosystem including screen interactions, dashboards, rule management, optimization algorithms and other items. Ability to work with Finance teams on requirements gathering and documentation  Qualifications and Requirements  Primary Duties & Responsibilities  Provide MS and Web support for production issues/escalations. Develop and maintain internal webistes to be used by various finance teams Prepare functional specifications of minor MS and Web enhancements. Support the development of SharePoint applications per user needs. Integrate html with sharepoint Maintain user accounts and related system administrative functions for Microsoft environment. Perform system testing according to test plans and procedures and document test results. Participate in issue resolution for production support issues within established SLA parameters. Perform data analysis. Identify and escalate any data discrepancies, escalating issues to senior team members. Participate in maintaining documentation in support of regulatory controls. Perform continuous reviews to align processes (for example, models, goals, expectations) with changing business conditions. Perform application systems configuration under the general direction of more senior analysts. Perform tasks as assigned by leads/managers. Follow standards and guidelines around process consistency and techniques. Participate in creation of minor technical specifications in line with functional specifications and end user manuals. Qualifications (include knowledge, skills, abilities, and related work experience)  Exposure to relational databases Working knowledge or SharePoint 2010 or higher including Sharepoint designer. Experience with documenting processes Exposure to the importance of data quality Strong analytical and problem definition and solving abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of MS Office applications and other productivity tools Working knowledge of application architecture and networks Understanding of Microsoft based web applications is desirable Must be responsive and deadline-oriented with a sense of urgency Ability to prioritize own tasks and escalate issues with timely task completion when appropriate Exposure to tools and techniques in system development lifecycle Ability to develop and maintain websites in internet explorer, safari and chrome Functional/Technical Requirements (include education, certifications, and training)  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum of 3 years (3-5yrs) of experience in Application systems analysis; systems deployment and support, configuring MS and Web functions that support a global enterprise, out of which 1 year should be as a System Analyst SharePoint 2010 or higher including SharePoint designer Good Understanding of Microsoft Visual Studio.NET Framework Basic understanding of Web Services/WCF, specifically building and security Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, DHTML,XML Demonstrated success building systems of increasing complexity using Microsoft technologies Requirements Management, Testing, Change Management, Systems and Process Interactions/Workflows, Knowledge of New/Emerging Technologies, Domain-Specific Technical Knowledge, Problem-Solving Skills, Understanding & Application of Broad Business Processes, Knowledge of Domain specific Technology, Processes, and Practices, Understanding & Application of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Project Management  *LI-JM1
